Default Question about 1951 Topps Ring Side Boxing

OK, I am not any type of expert on much of this early stuff. But I recently bought a small lot of these cards(80 cards). So not knowing anything about these cards I just assumed they were something that was released in packs the same as most every thing else Topps did. But when I look at the top and bottom edges of these cards there seems to be four maybe five spots that they were attached to something else.Almost like they came attached to something else that was much larger and than punched out. And if this is the case how is PSA grading these cards without these nubs on the cards. The ones that I have seen graded all have very smooth edges. Just curious is all and maybe I do not have actual Ringside cards.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Some of the Ringside cards were issued in perforated panels.

While we are on the topic of Ringside panels....

Does any one know the source of of the (77) James Carter-15/Rudy & Emil Dusek-9 double card panels?

https://www.psacard.com/pop/boxing-w...ringside/50969

Most of the other graded panels range from about 1 to 10 copies.
