For those of you who are collecting autographs of the ballplayers from the 1919 Cincinnati Reds team, Quality Autographs and Memorabilia of Virgina recently added to their inventory a toughie that may be on your want list.

I, personally, have only seen one other example, so I thought I'd share the opportunity.

Nick Allen Endorsed Check.

Nick Allen signature endorsement on the verso of a 1920 payroll check also signed on front by Reds owner Louis Widrig. Allen died in 1939 and is an extremely rare 1919 Reds member. Check has a tear, not affecting either signature!
