Default 2014 Topps Bunt Promo Paul Rudd

Interesting Bunt promo card apparently given to Paul Rudd, along with a '75 style wax pack entitled "Paul Rudd Edition", does anyone know the story behind this?

Topps does custom cards. You can buy them from templates on the web site. I just created a 1971 of my daughter from little league. They sell them in "Packs" of 8. I haven't received them yet but I would not be surprised if the packs are actual packs. I didn't see a template for 1975 but I have seen different templates at different times on the site. Perhaps this is one of them that a fan created?

Topps did these as a promotional thing in Kansas City during the World Series. He's a huge Royals fan and season ticket holder at the K. It started as a digital thing, then they did the actual card.

They are not in wax wrapper or packs. They come in a clear plastic baggie of sorts.
