A person on another site said Tony Gywnn but I don't see it unless it was a very early auto of his. Everything I looked at says no.

Not Jack Clark. It looks to me like J. Wilson but that doesn't narrow it down much.

Jason,
After doing some research I believe you are correct. Jerome Williams played for San Jose of the California League in 2000 and Joe Gagliardi was President of the League then. I also did some looking at William's signature.
