George Brett on eBay

Hi All.

Was wondering about this George Brett ball that's on eBay right now. The autograph looks ok but I was wondering about the COA. Is this the type of COA that was given at the fanfest? Who was TSC?

I can't help too much but for a general auction I don't see red flags. I would guess, but it would be only a guess, it is ok. Maybe others will chime in...
