1969/1970 Topps Basketball Reprint
Came across several common cards from the tall boy set.
When I turn the card over, it looks like a reprint. Why would reprints of common cards be made?

First off it would be a counterfeit not a reprint as there are no legit reprints. Second off, why would you think that card isn't original? Third off, maybe I'm too big of a basketball fan, but Adrian Smith's rookie isn't a common to me.

Looks like a real post-war basketball card, not a pre-war baseball card.
