Default 1994 Ted Williams Card company / Locklear insert question

There was a time when these were quite popular and are generally pretty attractive and, for an exceedingly brief time sold for $2-5...

They were one of the first numbers sets I remember. I picked up a few sets for cheap over the weekend, the highest number was something in excess of 50,000 and the numeric configuration would have allowed for up to 100,000.

I got this card numbered 00000...only one like this out of a lot of 100 or so...the rest were just random numbers ranging from 00081 to 51285...was it the first or the last? Thoughts?

Could have been a promo card as well.

could have but given the rest of the cards were randomly numbered I think it may be the illusive but never pursued cement unicorn...the last card issued. could have also been a "make good" for damaged cards. Interesting if not particularly valuable.

Not exactly on point, but a good set to get a Josh Gibson card from.
