Default Can anyone identify this?

Posted By: Josh

I have no clue when this is from, nor who the players are on it, however, I am under the belief that something about it is significant, to the point that it was professionally printed as a postcard.

Thanks for any help,
Josh

In the early 1900s, the real photo postcard was a common style for non-commercial photos-- family photos in the backyard, high school football teams, Grandpa in his Army uniform on the 4th of July.

Looks to me like a high school baseball team. Probably a one of a kind postcard.

My guess is high school...hence the AHS on the jerseys. As in, Atlanta High School.

Remember, real photo cards were made by anyone and everyone. You could get the backing paper cheaply in drugstores, etc.
