Default What kind of card is this and what year?

I picked this up a the local card shop but don't know anything about it. It measures 1 15/16" x 3", about the same size as a 1951 bowman. It is printed on paper stock instead of cardboard and looks like it might be perforated around the edges. Can anyone tell me what kind of card this is and what year it is?

Does anyone know what stadium this was taken at? It seems many of the dell stamps were taken in the same place.

I’m 98% sure that’s Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland. Wonderful place to see a ST game btw. Find the guy with the tomato soup and grilled cheese kiosk. Seriously
