Default Question on 1954 Topps Jackie Robinson

I recently purchased this card on eBay and didn’t notice until I received the card that it has what looks like either a real light surface crease or a scratch running from his right eyebrow to his left cheek.

My question is - if I send to PSA for grading, what will it grade as?

I really like the card as it has really nice centering.

Thanks in advance.

It really depends. I have seen PSA 4s with full creases before. If this is just a scratch, a 4 is not out of question.

I'm doing based a bit on my own experience... this card I bought I thought would be a 5 or 5.5... but there is a similar crease you're dealing with... look in the upper right between the "eh" in Gehrig and you can barely see it... just a surface wrinkle... oh well...still looks great for 3.

Same thing with the Ruth... bet you can't even find the crease....

You’re right - I can’t see the crease on the Ruth. Very nice cards by the way.

The Gehrig does look great for a 3.
