New variation of W504 Universal toy Company???

I have never seen these without the 4 line format of name, position, team, date of birth. These usually come on 4 different lines. Now I think this is a W504 based on the paper stock and the double line border. But the bottom format is different. The number of this player is the same as listed W504 in the book. Any help is appreciated.

Never seen one like that. Cool card. I checked the full sheet I have and it is the 4 line variety (normal). later

if there was another correpsonding strip-card set with slightly smaller dimensions t/b.
