Default Fake E94

Posted By: Bob

Not positive but it looks like an E98 Cobb front and an E94 back. The E94s and E98s have the same picture of Cobb but are cropped differently. Anyone? Also the background color is not the color orange on an E98 and since there is only one known orange E94 Cobb in existence and this ain't it, I think it's safe to say it's a repro.

Looks obvious to me too. He says he doesn't have time to get it authenticated. I never have 20 minutes to make an extra several grand either.....

MAYBE a home-made counterfeit...the picture is of an e94...e93/e98 you'd see more of cobb's waist. the fuzziness on cobb's face is less than ideal.

edit: fascinating card...if it stays at $1 i will buy it.

I've seen that card before. I think it was even discussed here. Don't know if this is the link to that discussion but I am positive the card has been offered before.

seller didn't want to run the risk of auction being shut down...he had to put it in the correct category.

The simple answer is if the seller doesn't know if it's
authentic, he's not supposed to put it up for auction.
One of eBay's Cardinal rules.
