Default Price history/trends for 52 Topps Sheets

Is there any resource or history of the values for uncut sheets of '52 topps?

There's an upcoming auction in which a 3x3 sheet of '52s will be offered. They are a test sheet, of first series cards (contains one HoFer, Spahn) with two later series overprints, so it's classified in the auction as an error. I have no idea what to expect as far as value. The only auction record I managed to find was for a 3 x 4 sheet from the 5th series, which sold in 2004 for under $500.

Any idea what something like this might go for?

What happened to the other 3x3 sheet with Sievers that was the other half of this one???

Are they being broken up?

Cheers,
Patrick

Would surprise me, as I think the proof sheets have been cut up into cards!
