Default Is this trimmed?

I bought this card for my back run a little while ago. Didn't even think it might be trimmed but it came back as such from SGC. Even with the card in hand, I still think it's just normal wear. Usually don't go with such a beater but it's a Piedmont 42 so I took what I could get. What do you think?

Possibly "altered" by years of aggressive lovin'. But unlikely "trimmed".

I didn't have the authentic option checked so it came back trimmed.

Looks trimmed, but no worries. Put it in a penny sleeve and a top loader. Travis left the board so I put in a post for him.
