Default What do I have here?

This one might get better results on the card side, but figured I'd begin here.

6.75"x4.75" on heavy stock, glued to the front of a scrapbook circa 1933. It's too well-affixed to even get a sense for what's on the back, if anything.

Any assistence is greatly appreciated.

It looks like a trimmed Kashin but I'm not sure what size they are.
