Hey everyone,
I would like to share my web site with you all. It is dominated by my art work and what not, but at the bottom of the home page is a link to my "sports card collection". Since, it was this forum that got me interested in collecting again, I wanted to make sure I listed it here.

Leon, I would like to be included in the "collectors" section if possible.

Thanks,
Mike Wolf

Great stuff Mike. You might be able to acquire some of the cards you need by trading for your beautiful artwork.

Thank you. I never thought of an "art work for baseball card transaction".. but I hope it's obvious I would be open to such a thing.

Judging from the photo retouching capability which you show on your site Mike, can we expect to see your Mayo Delahanty in a PSA 8 holder soon?

Actually, for me, a Mayo Delahanty in any recognizable shape is a treasure.

Would you consider trading some of your art for a Gary Gaetti Donruss rookie?

Seriously though, I dig your art. I don't understand why people like have to go and talk smack about it though. Do I sense a little envy anger "identify7"?

Keep up the good work, Mike.

PS- Harry Krause could wipe the floor with Mayo anyday.

Is that Chelios in the background of the Red Wings goalie picture?

Richard, I'm really not sure who is in the background in the goalie picture.. I'll scan the original photo and post it sometime soon.

as for Senor Zapato - I'm leaning towards... never doing a painting for a Gaetti card. You may want to re-evaluate where you invest your money, Mr. Gaetti.

Lo siento mi amigo

Sanzapatos: Do you sense anger in my statements? I can not imagine what Mike's cards or his photographic retouching capability would cause me to feel that way. Perhaps you have some insight into my psyche though, that I am unaware of. Please elaborate on your assessment.

And as far as envy, well Mike has some mighty fine cards. But so do I. His collecting focus differs from mine though. So, we have different cards. I certainly appreciate his collecting accomplishments to date, and note that he is still on the journey toward completion of his initial collecting objectives, as am I. Therefore, I do not think that "envy" really fits as a description of my feelings toward Mike's collection. But Sanzapatos, please feel free to avail me of the analysis which you have regarding my statements.

Edited to add: Sanzapatos, I am not familiar with the terminology which you employed, specifically "talk smack". Can you offer an alternate description of this term?

Gil,
Don't worry about sanzapatos. I think he is just joking around. Thank you very much for your compliments.

Richard,
Here is the original photo from which I worked from. I'm really not sure who the other Red Wing in this photo is.
