Default 1958 Topps Gino Cimoli

Does anyone have a photo that this card was made from? I'm curious to see what the over zealous artist was trying to airbrush out of the photo (besides his bat).

I had never focused on that card before. It would be interesting to see what edits Topps did. I really like his 59 and 60 cards, and the variation to his issued 60 card is legendary stuff.

I have the image somewhere on my computer....They removed the "B" and added "LA" and removed a nice shot of the Ebbets Field right field corner

A new article from the SABR Baseball Cards committee just posted today and relates to the airbrushed cap...

Similar photo composition of the '58T Red Wilson. No bat, but like Cimoli, has what appears to be a misformed t*t sticking out of his uni. sleave.

A la the Randy Johnson Marlboro ad card, they brushed out the lucky strike ad. Great find!
