Default Joepa's Mantle/Williams Signed Photo

Greetings Everyone, I am looking for some input. Fellow Net54'er "joepa" emailed me asking my thoughts on this pic. I explained that though I was far from a pro I would share my opinion if he wished. I personally think it is a forgery, but agreed to help Joe get it posted for the experts to chime in. As always, everyone's kindness and expertise is greatly appreciated.

Definitely not authentic.

A "Florida" set of forgeries.

Usually these items are authenticated by Burzcek, Morales, or AAU so that shows you how authentic these items are
