I think is a great idea makes me want such a holder for my best card. Wonder where they sell them I am guessing it is custom made.

I bought a large group of 1900-1920 cigar boxes and through about doing something similar with them. While I thought it would look incredibly cool, I couldn't stomach the amount of space it would take up.
