I have plenty of 53 Bowmans that are a smidge too large, so it stands to reason an equal number must be undersized without being trimmed. I don't worry about size too much (outside of the obviously trimmed cards), and look closer at the edges and for uneven wear that might indicate it wasn't cut by a machine. PSA will reject plenty of undersized cards that probably are not trimmed
