Default Another novice question

Posted By: rob

Issue regarding the T213 series once again, which I assume would apply to the T206 and most cards of that ilk. Was it common for the sizes of the cards to be slightly different as far as width is concerned. Is it just a sign of the times where they were cut by hand or does it indicate some altering. I dont believe I have any card(s) that have been trimmed, but I was wondering if I should be curious of this size disparity. My assumption is given the era that there is "similarity" in size and as opposed to exactness, but I would appreciate knowledgable (as opposed to my assumptions) feedback on the issue.

thanks and sorry for the continued beginner questions.
