I don’t think this is good. Pen pressure is heavy, it looks like there are hesitations, etc.

I don't have it any more but I got a 3x5 signed by Horton in person when he came to Oakland to play the Seals, probably 1972-74 ish when he played with Buffalo.

As I recall the pen pressure (ball point) was pretty light, nothing near what is shown on the card. Just anecdotal evidence.
