I was wondering if anyone knew of good sources of information / maybe good websites / message boards / shows / dealers for vintage golf cards.

I know of Lew Lipset... and thats basically all I have found so far.

Any info provided would be appreciated.

Thanks.

There is a 2 part price guide and by Berdock and Smedley. The prices are a bit outdated(this was put out prior to ebay), but it is still a good reference. There is also a book called "A Century of Golf Cards" by Berdock and Baier, another good reference.

Most of the vintage golf cards are English cigarette cards and can be found fairly easily. The pre-war American cards are almost all strip cards and not really that valuable, except the w590 Bobby Jones.
