Default OT: If you wait long enough you see it all, again

Jon Rauch's pitching line last night for the Mets:
jon rauch-- 4 runs, 0 hits, 1 bb
that's a line you see once a century.
Yes that is correct, once a century, it was last "accomplished" in 1916.
Who dun it?
Slim Love of the NY Yankees, yes Slim Love.

Default thanks richard

I'm traveling on vacation and out of my usual box score routine. Thanks for posting.

And I agree w your earlier post. Mets have a team that's really fun to watch this year. 85+ wins? Could be.

Thanks again

The joy of being a Met fan! I knew defense would be an issue this year, but that was special last night!

I will say it is a lot easier to root for a young team with lots of flaws and lots of effort, than an over the hill group with lots of payroll and lots of apathy. Probably not close to enough power or enough bullpen to make the playoffs, but maybe enough starting pitching and heart to keep us in it for most of the year.

I figured that it happened to Randy Johnson half a dozen times or so.
