Default Lou gehrig pic, help. and more...

can somebody tell me where this is from? the fisrt pic of lou g.. its on the tip of my tounge i just cant remember? is it butterfinger?

i have some paper thin inserts it looks like, and some old store displaus fro gloves and bats, etc...other than a little tear on all on top same spot, they are beauties, and some of the paper inserts are near perfect......i have sold some here and there, got $75 for a gehrig, same for a ruth, didnt sell too many, i wasnt sure what i had....

Hi-

The Gehrig is either a Butterfinger or the Canadian version, depending on the size. Oldcardboard.com has the size for each. The Gehrig, Cobb, and other similar black and white photos were published by the Baseball Magazine in the 1940s and 1950s. I believe they are catalogued as M114. Very nice items!
