Default PSA Grading Question - Crossovers

I can't seem to be able to get PSA to answer my customer service emails (or in this case, customer no-service). Anyway, I thought I would ask the group.

I am thinking about taking advantage of the October grading special for some of my 1953 Bowmans. Here are my questions:

1) Do the PSA special include crossovers or is it just for raw cards?

2) If so, the instructions say to separate out the crossovers into a different order from any raw cards. In order to hit the 25-card minimum, does that mean you need to have 25 crossover cards to be graded or can you have a combination of 25 raw and crossover cards (even though they are using separate order forms)?

Sorry for my confusion and thanks for your help.

Here are the details of the special on the website:
October Collectors Club Special #2
For cards Pre 1956 – $6.25 per Card

Years-Pre 1956
A 25–card minimum is required.
All Sports and non-sports cards.
Cards must be valued under $100 each.
Regular size, Coins/Pins and Tallboys permitted, but each category must be on its own submission form, with its own return shipping fee.
EXCLUDES: Supersized (larger than 3 1/2" x 5 1/2"), T3, and Dual grading cards.
Turnaround time is approximately 50 business days, but can vary with demand.

You can submit a combination to add up to the 25 cards, but you must pay separate shippings back to you for the raw vs the crossovers. (2 submissions basically)

You ship both submissions together from your end though in same box.
