Default 1950s golfing tips, booklets

Can anyone give me any further information on these Golf booklets. They advertisement is all from Detroit, Michigan, and they feature golf tips by the pros. The Snead booklet is dated 1952, and the Hogan has a copyright date of 1948 and Sarazen is from 1954. I also have a Casper dated 1965. All except Hogan, the copyrights were by the Brown & Bigelow Corp. while the Hogan has a Ben Hogan copyright.
I could only find the Sarazen, and only that it was for sale on Amazon for $27.
Can anyone give me any idea if these booklets are rare, or if they are common? I guess the value on these items is about $20 - $25 each. Can you confirm? Thank You.

A little more information on these items.
I guess they are brochures, they are 4 1/2 X 8 inches, which unfold to 9 X 15 1/2 inches.
Have a total of 18 of these brochures, with several other various pros of the 1950s giving tips on golf.
On ebay I found Byron Nelson's Winning golf, playing from the traps, which they are asking for $30, of which I have 3.
But again, I can not find any other information regarding the rarity of these items, how many to fill a set, or what years these brochures were printed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,
Billyb
