Is this unidentified picture Eric Lindros? If it is not can anyone identify who he is?

Don't take me to court, but that looks like Lindros to me. If you had just thrown up the pic without saying who you thought it was, I would have instantly said Lindros without a second thought.

Actually I took this picture of him in an Atlanta hotel so many years ago but don't remember if was Lindros. Obviously I'm not a hockey fan. Thank you all very much for your input.
