I don't buy much modern these days, but I do really like the Topps Archives Fan Favorite autograph cards. Each year, I buy whatever Pirates are included and then pick-up a few of my favorite players from the 70's/early 80's. Here's what I've bought so far (still want to get Kaat, Garvey, Eckersley, and Strawberry):

. PSA takes the "suckers" out when they grade them. Shouldn't this count as "Altered"?

Default Suckers

Zach-- that is an interesting point. I guess you could not slab the Big Heads with the suckers, but removing them would alter the item as issued. Does PSA remove them or does submitter have to remove them ? The suckers are inserted through a small, tight fitting hole. Removing the sucker would typically do some minor damage to the cardboard area around the hole.

Been picking up some of the A-Rod rookies lately. Some of them are pretty nice cards.
