Default Bat question

One of my co-workers brought in an old bat to work today to see if I could find out a little more about it.

It's a Louisville Slugger 40K Hillerich & Bradsly Co., Made IN USA, Louisville, K.Y., Trade Mark Reg. U.S. Pat. Off.

Also on the handle: Kork Grip, Patented Sept 15, 1914.

If anyone can give me an approximate date/ value on the bat, I would appreciate it. Based on the fat handle, I would guess it dates between 1915-1920.

Thanks in advance,

Patrick

What is the length of the bat?
Is the kork grip still there?
Name on bat?
other markings?
cracked?

Default Bat question

I can have my friend measure the bat. It is an adult size. If I had to guess I would say it was 32"+ It is uncracked. I did not see any signature on the bat. The cork is still on the handle.

Thanks,

Patrick

Based on the information, the bat would date from the 20's. The value really depends on if there is a players name on it.
