Default Fake Baseball Fans?

Are people who collect T206 back runs heavy smokers?

I don't smoke but PSA encapsulated me as a smoker. So who are you going to believe?

Maybe we should have a poll. Who do you believe, David, PSA or none of the above?

If I collected cards back then I would have not have personally purchased any baseball cards that came in tobacco products, but I certainly would have had plenty of candy/gum cards...that's just the type of fellow I am.

I hope not. There aren't as many heavy smokers as there used to be. Gosh, I remember back the 70s my parents smoked in our house. It sucked but I am not sure we knew any better. IF I recall most people smoked in houses back then....

as to the question, I used to collect a back run of T206 (didn't quite make it (no brown versions or Cobb) but came close). I can't stand cigarettes.

+1
I've lost a lot of family and friends that way...and, unfortunately, will loose many more.

...on a lighter side, I've had a lot of cavities caused by sticks of bubble-gum,

Brian, if I had known then, what I know now, I would have shunned my sweet tooth habit and only smoked Uzits, Drums & Broad Leafs.

I'd add the Ty Cobb brand tobacco to that list. Even if a road trip was necessary to track it down.
