Default Mid 70’s oriole team Issue?

Found these while going through Oddball sets in my father’s office. Any guess on what they are? I have what appears to be a team set. My best bet is that they aren’t team issued. They are printed on Kodak paper.

TYPO IN TITLE. SHOULD READ: Mid 70’s Orioles Collector Issue?

Way out of left field theory: Are these an Olberman creation?

Does not look like an Keith O set to me as he never produced cards

If I were cataloguing those, I'd say Team Issue/Collector Issue as a way to be vague and write a blurb like this:

Little is known about these cards which measure X by X. We have sequenced them in alphabetical order and any further help is appreciated

Regards
Rich

They do look like photos taken from the same photo sessions as the SSPC set. In the SSPC set, Grimsley is at Shea wearing the same black jacket, and the Palmer picture appears to be the same shot as the 1975 SSPC Puzzle Back.

I recall seeing 3x5 prints of photos used for SSPC cards at shows in the late 1970s. They had the same rounded corners.
