This is a unique one of a kind custom cut signature card of Sandy Koufax. Card is 5.08 inches by 3.64 inches. The front uses the design from the 1955 Topps series, and the back is custom developed. The signature cut is from a Salvino signed statue. Authenticity of the signature guaranteed for life. If it were to ever fail PSA/DNA or JSA, I would refund not only your purchase price, but also the standard authentication fee, doesn't get any better than that.

I collect HOF signed rookie cards and I was using this card as a filler in my collection until I could obtain his 1955 Topps rookie signed. I now have that, so I no longer need this one.
