Default Please Help Find Dave Miedema

I am looking to get in contact with Dave Miedema ( The Jersey Guru ) in Chicago. My uncle, Ken Sanders referred me to him for some of his original jerseys. I appreciate any help I can get, this is very important to me!

Thanks
Greg Sanders
