Default What do you think about this '56 Jackie Robinson?

I purchased this card many years ago; got a decent break iirc because of the pinhole. I like the card, but I'm liking the '55 a lot more at the moment, and thinking about building a '55 Dodger team set as well.

Wondering how much the hole kills the value? If I was trading this '56 for a '55 what kind of condition would I get back?

Thanks!

From my experience, a card with a pin hole will usually bring about 10-15% of book.

Still a very nice looking card though. I'd be proud to have it in my collection.

Agreed! Its a small pinhole! I'm buying a similiar Jackie this month, minus pinhole.

Very nice card, i love cards with teenie pinholes, it really lowers the price yet doesnt take away much eye-appeal from the card.

I love the 1956 set, its my alltime favorite set, i like it way more than the 1955 set. I have put together team sets of the Yankees and Dodgers and have most of the Giants from the 1956 set, and they look great.

Thanks guys. I don't have an issue with the pinhole much at all, just fixated on the 55 Jackie. I suppose I will keep the 56, and just maybe add the 55 as well. I should have seen that coming....
