Default Famous Fabrics ink

Can anyone comment on the legitimacy of this brand (Famous Fabrics INK). They have some high end cuts. I'll put a link to one but I am not interested in that one just the brand in general and is it trustworthy (I know we have to also feel comfortable with the specific card/signature)

This came from a post on Blowout on 3-12-17:
"Famous fabrics are all game used items from the players depicted. The company was an offshoot of In The Game Inc who made hockey cards for a number of years.

In The Game was sold (along with famous fabrics) to Leaf sometime around 2015 or so. Leaf took all of the extra pieces that should have been for replacements and stamped them and put them out.

Original Famous Fabrics all come sealed in a holder that is just like a BGS holder. The later released ones were not enclosed in those cases.

The card and the memorabilia are 100% real"

Thanks Jim- was wondering more about the signatures. It doesn't say it was approved by a TPA (know the pros and cons of that) and some like the Lincoln are quite pricey.

They're not inherently counterfeit. The company tries to be honest and authentic, but you're right about evaluating each piece individually.

I did go back and look at the back and it says "Guaranteed by Famous Fabrics Ink to be authentic" so it isn't approved by what is now know as a TPA but as swarmee says- not inherently counterfeit.
