Default Det. Tigers grounds crew memorabilia

Hey All,
taking a break from the raffle, need to get some value to some unusual sports memorabilia.
A woman I work with asked if I could go through some memorabilia she had that belonged to her father. He was a retiree from the Detroit Tigers grounds Crew. He was also a union Rep. on their behalf.

Below is the 1979 operators manual for the Tigers scoreboard, in which there are 39 pages.

below that is a 1962 bargaining agreement between the Tigers Orgainization and Local 79 of the Afl-Cio, representing the service employees.

below is a 1979 list of employees and what looks like their salaries, but I do not think that is the case. Can someone enlighten me what this document is. The top is torn off, and what is left is "ance pool". Handwritten in, which you may not see on copy, along side those numbers is, for McLane, looks like ""call AM sec", and for Kell "WWJ TV", for Carey Radio WJR, , and to skip down a few, Bill Borwn "Trav. Sec.", Ed Katalinas "Head Scout", and so on.
So it may be their salaries.

Besides these above items, there is documention of employee complaints against the Tiger Organization, a couple more drafts for union negotiations, the employee who saved these items, also applied for a job with the Expos in 1969, and his letter was addressed to John McHale, of the "club de baseball, Montreal baseball club"

Attendance Pool would be my guess. The employees were gambling on the season attendance, which ended at 1,630,929. So it looks like Fred Smith won, which makes sense cuz there's a little "1" next to his name.
