SGC has not answered the phone all week.

Anyone know what's up?

They're in South Florida and affected by Irma. There was brief mention of this in another thread by a board member.

They sent out a few emails...their offices are back open, but phone lines still messed up.

They closed down for the hurricane. They can be reached by email but phone service is still not the best. This is according to the emails I have received from them.

I wonder if they have Avaya phones. I retired in 2011 from Avaya and know a few technicians in Florida. I'd bet they are busy about now.
