I just picked this up for $1 because I didnt know what it was. Does anyone know what it is?

Its not a 1947-66 Exhibit

It would be ca.1950 as Priddy is shown in a Detroit uniform.

I saw it for auction also Frank, I was thinking its a team issue, looks like a pirate card I saw a couple years back. Also wonder what the back is like, shows black but hard to tell if its printed like that or colored, rebacked, etc. Good luck

I think it is black construction paper on back, I believe the seller or someone just cut it out of a scrapbook and left the paper on the back. If I can remove it it may show postcard markings and may help in IDing it.
