Default Does anything seem strange here?

29 total bids with 20 retracts and 92% with this seller?

PWCC I believe is one of the largest consignment sellers of baseball/sports cards on ebay. So to have that many bids with that seller while unusual in the abstract is certainly feasible. The bidder does seem to have an unusually large number of retractions however. I have been on ebay for over twelve years and don't believe that I have ever had the occasion to retract a bid.
