Default Help IDing Berra and Doerr Cards

Posted By: Scott Mt Joy

Hi all, need help iding these two cards I got in a lot a while back. The card stock is pretty thin and overall they are just a little smaller than an exhibit card. I have no idea what or where they came from. Thanks for any and all help.

I can't say I've seen these before, but the Berra is the same photo used for his '51 Berk Ross card.

I have a Phillies composite using the same size, color, and numbering system. I have the issue written down somewhere but I cannot find it right now...give me a couple of days if noone else gets it before then I will do my best to find it.

These are 1975 Sport Hobbyist cards. (Note SH in the numbering). Many individual players and some team composites were issued. Most can be found with and without an ad for the 1975 Topps Football set on the back. The Sport Hobbyist was a hobby publication from Michigan in the 1970s and earlier.

Does anyone want to comment about the editor of the Sport Hobbyist?
Now that would make for fascinating reading
