Default What Delahanty Card is this?

What is this card? I found it in a Google search trying to research Big Ed's card appearances but cannot figure out what this one is.
Any ideas?

It's one of those newer releases like Helmar or one of the many offshoots that guys with laser printers are making. The back would say which company. These are modern fantasy pieces and not vintage.

Ah! There was no scan of the back and when I tried to go to the "pinterest" site that featured it the image wasn't there.
