Default Unidentified 1909-11 Non-Sports Cards

I am not new to collecting but these are far from my specialty.

I recently purchased a large book dated 1909 of glued cards. I have identified them all except these 2. I haven't attempted to remove them so I don't know what the reverse has on it.

Any help?

Those are E2 Navy Officers cards, issued by Breisch-Williams, who also did the E107 baseball cards. See here:

Neat collection, looks like you have some T62 Turkish Trophies Fortune Series, T107 Helmar Seals of Countries/States, and T79 Fez/Tolstoi Military cards to go along with the E2's as well. How many cards total?

Thanks so much. Weird how I couldn't find using their names.

There are probably a few hundred cards, I'll post more pics later when I get home.

Here are the pages I have on my phone. I think all the series pasted in the book are represented.

Yep; I'm working on the complete master set of T51s, but you don't seem to have ones I need. But the Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, Williams, Fordham, Kentucky Wildcats, and Virginia cards are nice. Very nicely conditioned fronts.

Somebody loved collecting and loved those cards seeing how neat they pasted them into that/those books.

Like what has been mentioned, hopefully they come off easy for you after a soaking.

That may be why he was hard to find.

Most look in nice shape but those E2's are beat down. Can't tell about the glue from just looking but likelihood is they would soak off pretty easily. Good luck with whatever you do with them! None appear to be big dollar cards but in lots should net you $1-$3 per card....

They're E2s, but they're not issued by Breisch Williams. That's a typo/mistake.

The backs should have either Lauer and Sutor or blank advertising.
