Default Person of Interest show with Wagner card

In season three of the mediocre TV show Person of Interest there was a t206 Wagner card that sold for a few hundred thousand at auction

It wasn't even graded, yeah that makes sense....anways spoiler alert..it was a fake...so I guess it makes sense now...maybe in the auction catalog it says found in the grandfather old house and it may or may not be real

or maybe came with a ?Authen sticker from PSA who knows

I really enjoy Person of Interest. Binged it on Netflix and I'm sad to see it is being canceled after season 5.

TBH, the majority of the population has no idea about anything to do with grading, and while, yeah, it was clearly fake to us collectors, it's still the most recognizable card to those not in the hobby.

That being said, I will say that I really didn't enjoy that episode all that much. However, I'd hardly call the show mediocre. It has an 8.4/10 rating on imdb, with a number of episodes in the 9.5/10 area.

I wasn't talking about the T206 looking fake to the viewer...if you remember in the show, they said the card was fake...it was the 1927 Yankees baseball that turned out to be real....
