Default Honor Rolls of Baseball 1946...Hall of Famers?

I noticed this a while back, but never really put much thought into it. But the other day I started thinking a bit more about it. Currently some of these people are not Hall of Famers, but at one time(If I understand this correctly) they were. Some of the mgrs, execs, and umpires, did make it under the current voting structure, but others haven't. I was just wondering what everyone thinks about including these "extra" people as Hall of Famers in their collections?

As a Red Sox collector, I have found that Dineen (also sp. Dinneen) items and Carrigan items are sometimes priced above common levels. And I am prepared to pay a little more b/c of their place on the Honour Rolls.

I think Dineen should be fully enshrined. A great career as an umpire - worthy on that basis alone - plus a very good career as a pitcher (his W-L is not HOF material, but he was a big game pitcher and World Series hero).

Cheers,
Blair
