Never saw this before. Are there any other plates inside, and do they depict well known ballplayers? It looks pretty interesting.

Great question and thanks for your feedback.

I had to go back to the book to check. All the photos in the book are the same player that is on the cover. No other pages that identify the orgin of the book.

Thanks again!

I haven't seen this before. Interesting item, and hard to assess its value. The condition would hold it back, but the rarity is sure to attract some interest.

It's an instructional and those generally do not sell for a lot of money.

However, given the fact that Max and I have never seen it, and that is has a real photo on the cover, I will take a stab and say about $300-400 (also factoring in the condition issues).

Max, what is your assessment?

Thanks for everyones input.

There are multiple pictures in the book of that same player. Some catching, some batting, etc.

You are correct. It is more of an instructional book.

Where would be a good place to sell this item? Would ebay work?

Thanks again for your help!

Ebay would work fine. Books in general have not been performing well lately, but ebay will give you a large audience.

Well Max and I are both long time book collectors and neither of us has seen it. So without using names, you can mention that the book is a new find and unknown to veteran baseball book collectors. If you could identify the player on the cover that would help, but he is not familiar to me. Otherwise, just try to describe the contents of the book and the condition as accurately as possible. But do it succinctly; bidders are turned off by the term paper length descriptions. Good luck with it.

Hey Ryan- I threw an opening bid in, just to get you started. Good luck with it.

By the way, it's always helpful to list the number of pages. You might want to add that to your description.
