Default New project for my baseball room, looking for help with photographs

I am re-designing the look and layout of my baseball room to better fit my baseball collection, the highlight obviously being the baseball. I have made a couple of very long shelves to display my collection of AL & NL baseballs in one line chronologically, so you could basically go from left to right and see every ball from every year in one long line.

I have left some space above the baseball shelves that I would like to put a picture of a baseball player, basically a star from every decade above to kind of show which players used what ball, sort of a subliminal timeline of images, above the timeline of baseballs. So my problem is finding hi resolution digital files of certain players that I can have printed. I'm looking for a little help of a website or even your own personal collection of some of these players. I have a few from the Library of Congress that I like, but cannot find some others.

I'm looking for shots of these players in a game style position, or a candid style position, below is a sample of the Ruth I am using for the 1920's. I'd like to keep them similar. Here are the players I still need:

Joe DiMaggio
Ted Williams
Mickey Mantle
Hank Aaron
Pete Rose
Nolan Ryan
Ken Griffey Jr.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, you can email me directly to: info@historyofthebaseball.com

Thanks fellas!

Default old baseball photos

Check out this collection of high-res photo scans on Flickr:

Boston Public Library

Some pretty good photos there and a decent search.

I am a big fan of the Baseball Hall of Fame's Research Library. Lots of photo images. Send them your want list and they'll send you email scans to pick from.

Photos are fairly inexpensive and good quality.
