Alex Schomburg Art Not Only For Comic Books
This is from a Comic Book size magazine that I have "U.S. FLIERS IN ACTION 781" from Whitman Publishing 1944 the scans shown is just different portions of the same page that I was able to scan. He also has a scene that takes up 2 pages, which could be Midway. August Schomburg his brother did the art work for the cover of this book,
