Default BOWMAN uncut sheets

Dave

Thanks for posting Bill White's article.

I met Bill in 1981 at the famous Willow Grove Show in Pennsylvania. A great friend; and, one of the finest guys in this great hobby.

Here is a picture of the 1st series sheet of the 1948 Bowman FB set. I once had all the 3 sheets printed for this set of 108 cards.

Default Awesome sheets TED!

Do you have any later test issue or food issue sheets with Clemente? If so, could you post photo(s)? Thanks.

This partial scan is from a complete sheet of the East Hills (Pittsburgh) 25-card set. The sheet size is 16 1/4 " wide by 21 1/2 " long. My scanner isn't large enough to show the entire sheet.

The 1949 LEAF (1st series) sheet that Lew had, I last saw it back in 1988 at the Atlantic City National.

I have not seen another one since. The whereabouts of that particular sheet is unknown.

Default 1952 Bowman FB

This 1st series sheet comprises of the LARGE card version of this 1952 issue. I acquired it at a shopping mall in Media, PA
in 1982. I have searched for another such sheet for 33 years; and, have not found one. I'd say it's unique in the hobby.
