Default Possible Brian Cole Autograph

I had this in another post. I thought it was an old Brooklyn Dodger Autograph. This was part of a large collection of Dodger autos that the collector got in person/shows over the years.

He also had some Mets minor league and Spring Training baseballs. When I looked closer I think it may be Brian Cole who sadly passed in 2001. Some of the certified cards have similarities but nothing identical.

If anyone has any thoughts, it would be appreciated.

Jim

Can't help with his autograph, but I had Brian Cole on my fantasy team going into the 2001 season. Then going into the 2002 season I had Mike Darr and later that year acquired Darryl Kile.

Egad.

LOL, I opened this up and thought it was a Derek Jeter forgery.

It does look pretty similar, at least in principle.

I have several Coles and they're nothing like this. I'd be more inclined to say Darnell Coles if anything but I don't think it's him either.

Default Thanks for looking

Thanks for the input, other than the first stupid comment. I doubt it is Cole, the more I looked it just doesn't match up. Also it is on an Budig AL Ball not that it means anything.

It is definitely not a forged Jeter, I wouldn't waste my time. This was from a collector who got everything in person.

I appreciate everyone taking the time to look.

Is this a reference to my comment? Must say I didn't find it to be particularly stupid. Any time I hear the name Brian Cole this is exactly what comes to my mind. It was morbidly fascinating.

If you didn't mean my post then I apologoze. If you did, you need not worry about my commenting on, or helping you with, any further issues you may have. I will be sure to avoid any and all of your posts.

Like the plague. Get it? More death. Oh I'm sorry. You weren't amused the first time around. Guess I shouldn't have gone there again. My bad.
